Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cahalane at 6:06 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS:
Town Meeting Warrant Review with Finance Committee & Town Moderator:
There were no questions with regards to the Town Meeting articles. However, it was disclosed there was an adjustment made to Article 3 proposed to create the position of
Director of the Natural Resources Department and a Water Quality Control Monitoring Technician.
Town Counsel indicated the scope of the article was modified to create (1) full-time position only, the Water Quality Control Monitoring Technician under the supervision of the Shellfish Constable. The scope of the article was narrowed with the intent to bring forth the Director of Natural Resources position at the same time the Town would vote to create the Natural Resources Department at the May 2016 Annual Town Meeting.
It was disclosed this position would be assumed under the normal budgeting process.
There was no further comment.
Motion made by Selectman O’Hara to adjourn at 6:08 p.m.
Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman.
VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
